For this weeks homework we had to use flash. Slow sync and stop motions. Well this was a lot of fun. I used my flash more then I ever have before. I use my flash mostly for dancing at weddings, so this week I decided to have some fun with it!
And fun we had, my crazy sister in law and I were outside taking pictures at 11:30 at night. I got her to jump on the trampoline which was a lot of fun, can you tell?!?

Bright And Bold!
For color photo we had to take pictures of BRIGHT & BOLD things! Which are some of my favorite things! I love things with great color that just hit you in the face. Color photo is also a film class so I took most with my film camera, and my brand new Holga. If you are not sure what that is it is a medium format plastic camera. It lets in lots of cool light, and it's just fun!!
Poor Kristen became my model for this. I wanted to do something different! Not that same old thing and Gabby joined in for some fun, of course!
So here are some pictures that I took with my digital!

Multiple Exposure
In photoshop we learned how to make a multiple exposure picture. So with this new find I had to try it out.
I took this picture in Philly a couple of years ago, and then I added this
a picture of flags that I took a few days ago at the Art Hill
Place this on top of the other picture and I got this...
Carrie & Paul's Wedding- September 17, 2011
For class we are supposed to tell a story through pictures. Yesterday, I was able to be a part of Carrie and Paul's wedding day. A huge thanks to Beth Berry (check her stuff out, she is amazing!) who was the main photographer at the wedding. She let me use this picture for class. Weddings are always are a great story to share with people. They always show two people in love, and there is always a great ending! Enjoy

Crazy Man!
We had to take portraits and use different ISO. We also had to use higher for inside and lower for outside. So I took advantage of my cute and crazy nephew, but I had to promise him that I would jump on the trampoline.
White Balance
We had to shoot an object in one type of lighting (daylight, fluorescent, tangiest, ect) in each white balance preset. To see the difference of each one I used my Toms as my subject.
